"I recently was transferred to a new SF agent-Carter Valentine and with any change, one can feel nervous about starting over with someone new. However right from the start, I have had nothing but a positive experience! Starting with Sammie Hook, she was able to help me with my very specific needs and answer all of my questions as well as follow up where it was needed (via calls, texts and emails). She was present for my requests and was so helpful in my bundling my the several services I have via SF. I felt she made our interactions personal and that made me feel secure in the process of transitioning over to my new agent Additionally, I had the absolute pleasure to work with Austin, who zoomed in with me to review life insurance policies and in great detail. I feel the zoom call made it so much more personal and meeting him and interacting with him was such an authentic experience.
